FEMA guy says his comments are unacceptable. Anderson is telling the guy that this is getting worse by the minute...he's not accepting the BS by the FEMA guy.

Is this what they mean by efficient government run like a business--ducking the liabilities and sticking others with the bill?
Government that prudently won't waste money trying to save cities or lives in danger, but only cleans up for those lucky enough to survive the catastrophe on their own?
