Timeless GWB Quote-"Brownie you're doing a heck of a job"
Hmmmm ..... does that instill confidence in the American people that GWB will conduct an intensive impartial and hardhitting investigation into the actions of FEMA and that he will expose those responsible and fire them?(ie. Michael Brown?).

I guess it is his way of saying "we will find out what worked ....."

1. I think,
I hope, we will be seeing that a lot more during future investigations.

3. If by "doing a heck of a job" he means "completely fucking everything up"
by golly, I agree with him. :eyes:

4. After he said it, he paused for the applause cue. And his folks obliged.
Reminded me of the scene in F 9/11 where he was "skeet" shooting and he turned to his SS agents and said "anybody going to say nice shot?"

5. That should be engraved on a plaque...
... outside their prison cells.

Seriously, clap the whole damn bunch of them in irons. We'll write up the charges later. "Katrina changed everything," you know.

6. Seems awfully "girlie" to call a grown man "Brownie."
What is wrong with him? Does he think he's funny?

7. Must Admit GWB Worked Hard to Give Everyone A Nickname ...
Reminds me of the John Belusi character in the movie Animal House.

Bush's real talent is the giving out of nicknames (Kenny Boy, Turd Blossum, Brownie, etc.)-- no talent for real work or addressing problems in this reality.

9. Now was that a girl scout standing behind Brown?
--could explain a lot. We know he looks right through obvious problems.
