They did a great bit about how the entire Federal government has mobilized not to help New Orleons, but to save this incompetent president and that they have brought in their big gun--Rove.

He just needs time now to create a credible cover-up story. That's what they really mean when they say this is no time to play the blame game; they just mean its not the time because they're not ready with a fully prepared fabrication yet.

This crisis is SO outrageous, it'll take longer to lull the populace back into thinking that everything is ok. (Which I am praying they won't be able to do.)
