1. Whoever it is,it will be another wretched rightwingnut
who wants to destroy a civil society. No matter who this moron chooses it will NOT be anyone who wants to protect Americans and their freedoms.Has this bastard done ANYTHING right so far?Everything he does is for HIS and his cronies benefit. That bastard can do nothing but give the rest of us the middle finger. :puke:

4. Torquemada!!
He will get both a Hispanic and a Catholic, and his policies on detainee treatment will be upheld.

7. A Nazi
Let me ask you this, are you prepared to do what it takes to restore the judiciary and purge it from rightwingers?

Will you support purging all judges from the federal bench that belonged to the Federalist Society or that posed a threat to efforts to "de-nazify" America after the Republican Party is declared a terrorist organization by the people?

Are you willing to join American version of the Bolivarian Revolution that Chaves has implemented in Venezuela (new popular judges and legislative bodies)?

If you are not willing to do all of that, then you will become a slave of rightwing judiciary that will sabotage any progressive legislation that the Democrats try to get through Congress.

8. Alberto Gonzales
Smirk hinted that he'd pick Gonzales, in a roomful of press.

As Jon Stewart said, Smirk is either going to pick Gonzales or he's being a prick to Gonzales.

9. I can't believe it would be Gonzales.
He's said he doesn't want it; I consider hints about him to be misdirection.

The others ... maybe. I doubt it.

Probably woman or Latino (hey ... maybe Latina?). But only 'probably'. I don't think * thinks there's Latino law, woman's law, WASP law, and the like.

10. Another completely unqualified piece of shit, like Roberts, "Brownie", etc
How about Ricky Martin? That takes care of the "Hispanic" speculation. He's young enough to be on the court 50 years or so. He performed at Chimpy's coronation, so he's on the team.

Only negative (from their point of view) is his probable vote on gay marriage, when the Supreme Court inevitably gets that case.

11. Janice Rogers Brown
That would take care of the dual-last-name faction, as well as offering some satisfaction to the core of his party.....

12. Janice Rogers Brown.
She's a twofer. Female and Black, and is super conservative. She is the daughter of a sharecropper, widowed at an early age, worked her way throught college and law school while being a single mother. W loves stories of people who pull themselves up by their bootstraps.

If he gets her in, and gets to make a third supreme court pick, I expect he will go for Senator Palpatine.
