Threee questions Miers should be asked:
1. During your interviews with the President or any of his people regarding the Supreme Court nomination, were you asked about your views on any issues that might come before the court?

2. Did you answer those questions?

3. What were your answers?

She'll probably invoke some sort of privilege, but then the Dems can demand that the President waive that privilege so we can find out is she was asked (and answered) the types of questions that she undoubtedly will refuse to answer when asked during her confirmation process.
