Voting Records and Bills put forward?

I am looking for a site(s) that will give Bills authored and voted on by Democrats in Congress.

So many times I hear, "The Dems have no plans or ideas, just complaining".

I know this isn't true so could y'all help direct me to some sites that give the ideas the Democrats have put forward?
