30. Interesting split on the "issue most damaging for him" |
|
Which issue do you believe has been the most damaging for him?
War in Iraq 69% Hurricane Katrina 17% Rising gas prices 14%
While technically the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq has been Monkey-Boy's longest sustained fuckup, it was actually Katrina that woke up the most people to his complete incompetence. And in terms of the actual impact on the average American, the gas prices - and their extended impact on the entire economy - are the clear winner in the Chimp damage sweepstakes.
The most sickening fact here is that any one of the three should have been enough to have angry mobs protesting at the gates of the White House daily. And not just us "commie libruls" either.

|
Its still more about gas prices than the War. Even the most loyal, dumbass freeper is getting nailed at the pump several times a week, and Bush sits on his ass and does nothing.
They care about gas prices, they have to participate in that debacle, not the War in Iraq.

42. I agree. But I voted for the war in Iraq. |
|
He only blew it when Katrina happened, though the administration was certainly culpable in the erosion of the wetlands and lack of preparation for what they knew could happen if a hurricane of such force struck NOLA. But they made the war in Iraq happen, despite all common sense and world opinion against it. BTW, Condi's on "Meet the Press" as I type this, invoking 9/11, once again, in connection with the war in Iraq. Talk about arrogance! Is anybody still buying this?!:grr:
