Excuse the hyperbole, but how about a Million Jumpsuit March, Washington, D.C., October 28th or maybe on Halloween? The color (don`t-shoot-I`m-not-a-deer-orange) would be perfect for the season and those Official White House Tricksters will be so busy trying to stay out of prison they won`t have time to arrest us for carrying ACCOUNTABILITY NOW signs. Okay. Someone would whisk Dubya away from the action, but chances are we might run into Karen Hughes or another famous important WHIGer.

This may be the start of something big. Government officials act like criminals, citizens go ballistic, ramp it up a notch from bumperstickers and just start wearing jumpsuits. It would be a colorful event against the black cloud backdrop at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. We`d all have to invest in some hip boots to protect ourselves from the oil slick seeping from Cheney`s office, but if we search hard enough we could find someone from the EPA to help guide us through that muck.

We can do this in spite of Sean Hannity pushing "traitors" out through his fangs or even if CNN ignores us and replays Fly Boy for the 117th time. We`ll just tell Papa Bush we`re responding to his "thousand points of light" call some years ago.

With a mug shot photo hanging round my neck for Halloween. Think it'd be OK for work? Naaah! Better wait on that one. Maybe I'll just say I'm a politician. I'll let the a$$hole in the next cubby figure out my "party".
