The upside and downside of running several candidates for President |
|
The upside is that you get to enlarge your base and your message. There is a sense of excitement and confidence. There is the energy in all the new faces. There is the sense that your candidate is going to win because he is the best person in the race.
The downside is that once the primaries start, somebody has to lose. The excitement and confidence is replaced by anger and doubt. Then, in the end, you may have to vote for your lesser opponent against your greater opponent. It all may seem counter intuitive.
However, if you can hold on to all the positives that are there on the upside, and put it in perspective, it can be advantageous having numerous candidates in the field. But if we let the negatives drag us down, we may lose everything we gained by having all the energy of the new faces and the fantastic candidates. Let's try to keep it in the right perspective. It's all just training before we go to the actual war.

The problem is *not* multiple candidates* but failing to raise the issues. is.
Each one of these guy running has great ideas and would make a great president.
The primary problem is the CBS (Crap Bullshit & Sedition)problem of the major networks.
