3. I like his knowledge; I dislike his approach with callers --
So, he gets a mixed review from me.

4. I like him a lot...
Sam is great, but I think Thom Hartmann's a good stand in with his reasoned look at issues. I prefer Laura Flanders as a guest host, though.

5. What??
Thom Hartmann is brilliant, is a published author on various subjects, he has all his facts at his fingertips, and has a good radio voice, besides.
Sam Seder just sounds like an idiot to me.

7. give him a chance, he's brilliant, knows history, especially
American history, and is one of the most informed people on radio. He's a true progressive voice. He's not supposed to be Sam, just filling in for him.

9. I like Hartmann
Hartman is good, but is different than Seder is. Seder is more in your face. Hartman brings a lot of information to the air and presents the facts.

10. I'm fine with in-your-face
but too many radio show hosts don't do the work necessary in really learning the issues to be able to apply a really effective smackdown of dittohead stupidity.

11. Thom is amazing
He's my favorite talk show person. I like Sam S -- he's become very good behind the mike -- and particularly enjoy listening to MR when Jeanine is not around.

And then there's Malloy, who is a category onto himself! LOVE YOU, MAN!

12. That's funny
I like Jeneane but think Malloy's a one-note song.
