I feel like the longer Rove stays in the White House, the better for us. If the trial goes as deep as many people believe, Rove's presence is going to cause major headaches for Bush and Cronies. Trust me, I want Rove gone, but I want him forced out.

How does everyone else feel?

1. I want to see Rove frog-marched out of the WH in shackles
The man is pure evil. I want his reputation to be so poisoned that no campaign will want to taint themselves with a connection to him.

2. If Rove gone, he'll anchor Fox politics....
Let Rove stay where we can see him and help him destroy bush a lot more.

3. I don't think so. He would just be re-hired as a consultant like Brownie
was. I think he will be indicted for something even worse than Libbey was and that will really hurt this maladministration. I'd rather have this criminal working within the public view than out of sight.

4. Conservatives worship power; cashiering this fuck shows weakness
It would be a very good thing. Reactionaries were disgusted--whether they'd say so or not--with Junior being indecisive and weak during Katrina. These guys are animals, and the less they love their champion, the better it is for folks who hate him; don't count on the primitives actually doing him in, but they WILL back off on their steadfast defense.

Personally, I hope Rove digs in and stays as more dribbles and insinuations come out, and I hope Fitzgerald doesn't spring a trap on him until after Junior's made many compromising, hypocritical and just plain devious statements on the subject. Then, when an indictment comes, his cowardly ass will be dragged out of the White House and the ugliness of all who supported him will show ever brighter for the time and energy spent.
