2. Pre-war intelligence failures just "too boring" for CNN.
CNN is switching back to the death and destruction in the wake of the tornadoes in Indiana this weekend.

Senator Levin also previewed amendments to the Defense appropriations bill that is now being debated in the Senate that would be offered by Democrats--including an independent investigation of prisoner abuse by the CIA.
