I feel kinda mean... i really am sorry for those personal tragedies that ordinary people have suffered, but the media exploitation-fests and efforts to keep Americans uniformed and distracted is outrageous.

These tragedy=entertainment shows have gotta go.

9. Personally... I Think Yates Is Mentally Incompetent

She should be getting help for her mental health, but I'm not so sure they should release her without total supervision. And perhaps she should have a tubal ligation too!

Now that may seem RW, but if she has her conviction over-turned it would be a bit dicey for her to have more children. I suffer from OCD which is by no means a "severe" mental problem, even though it's frustrating. Many people with mental problems and especially those who suffer the more severe types simply HATE taking the Meds!!

I know I have cut back dramatically on my meds, but only because I've been able to understand certain trigger factors and trying to avoid those things that will set me off!

Taking such "heavy duty" medications not only have negative health risks (liver, stomach, thyroid & pancreatic) effects they also make it difficult to maintain weight stability. I actually gained 32 unwanted extra lbs. while taking them. Fortunately I have now lost that weight, but only because I'm only taking meds at night, those also being less than prescribed.

But I'm doing well at this point in time. Bi-polar and Schizophrenic patients have a much harder time WITHOUT meds. However, my diagnosis DID give me a much better insight to how terribly devastating it must be to suffer from Schizophrenia and Bi-polar disease! I mean I've NEVER experiencing "voices!" I have a friend whose son suffers from Schizo and it's been heart-breaking for her. Finding the correct medication for each individual is the biggest issue.

So enough!
