1. "cut and run" must be Rove's talking point of the week
If you pay attention you'll notice lots of others using it too. Sheep, complete Rovian sheep.

5. Just saw Hayworth saying Murtha is asking us to "Surrender."
He says if we don't continue we will be fighting them on our soil.

Blah-blah-blah.

I'm so happy that Murtha pushed this up a notch. It's getting great coverage. Murha has a lot of credibility on military matters on The Hill.

10. There's the way the GOP will attempt to smear the Dems........
in the '06 election:

Saying the Democrats SURRENDERED to the terrorists.

HA! As if! It's this administration that put us into a NON-WINNABLE situation!

Besides, what's stopping the terrorists from attacking us RIGHT FUCKING NOW???

NOTHING!

The U.S. being in Iraq is NOT a deterrent!

Oh I hope the American people WAKE UP!

15. Cut & Run is a rational, realistic foreign policy
we will cut & run sooner or later. our honor is already destroyed, the limits of our brutality exposed. expending our treasure on the "love bomb", to buy goodwill in the arab world with clean water & electric power, which could have been done for half what we've already thrown down the toilet, is no longer an option.

why not cut & run sooner, and save american blood & treasure?

cut and pasted this "cut and run" must be Rove's talking point of the week.Basically the same thing because it will be sent out to all on the right to use anytime they are near a media person. You are exactly correct. I would enjoy having a dollar each time that is said from today through Sunday..... That way I could contribute more to the DU....

22. Surrender to the terrorists who attacked us on 9/11? Have we started
bombing Saudi Arabia yet? Have I missed the capture of Bin Laden? Do I continue to miss the evidence of Iraqi involvement in 9/11? I know I haven't seen that mushroom cloud.

23. Hey Hassert.....Iraq DIDN"T attack us....remember the GOP Statements

"If we are going to commit American troops, we must be certain they have a clear mission, an achievable goal and an exit strategy."
--Karen Hughes, speaking on behalf of George W Bush

MS)

"I cannot support a failed foreign policy. History teaches us that it is often easier to make war than peace. This administration is just learning that lesson right now. The President began this mission with very vague objectives and lots of unanswered questions. A month later, these questions are still unanswered. There are no clarified rules of engagement. There is no timetable. There is no legitimate definition of victory. There is no contingency plan for mission creep. There is no clear funding program. There is no agenda to bolster our over-extended military. There is no explanation defining what vital national interests are at stake. There was no strategic plan for war when the President started this thing, and there still is no plan today"
--Rep Tom Delay (R-TX)

"Victory means exit strategy, and it's important for the President to explain to us what the exit strategy is."
--Governor George W. Bush (R-TX)
