If they got him, it's because they've been saving him for NOW.
He arrived on the scene nearly two years ago, when Bush badly needed a face in Iraq that WASN'T Osama, but someone to become the new Osama.

But now, he's the symbol of Bush's inability to gain control of the country. So, maybe we'll see him retired.
