Bush arrogance and inability to accept responsibility destroying the US.
The personal qualities of George W. Bush himself are a driving factor to the destruction of America. From the NY Daily News:

"Even as his poll numbers tank, however, Bush is described by aides as still determined to stay the course. He resists advice from Republicans who fear disaster in next year's congressional elections, and rejects criticism from a media establishment he disdains.

"The President has always been willing to make changes," the senior aide said, "but not because someone in this town tells him to - NEVER!"

For the moment, Bush has dismissed discreetly offered advice from friends and loyalists to fire Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and bring back longtime confidant Karen Hughes from the State Department to shore up his personal White House staff.

"He thinks that would be an admission he's screwed up, and he can't bring himself to do that," a former senior staffer lamented."

Even though the country is headed into a downward spiral due to Bush policies, Bush's own arrogance will not allow him to ever admit he was wrong, and so he can never change direction toward recovery.

In addition, Bush cares little for the opinions of others - only his own opinion matters, and so he doesn't listen to others who are trying to help him right the ship. Bush is more willing to see the country destroyed than to accept that someone's opinion might matter other than his own.

The only thing that matters is what Bush wants, and the country be damned!

This is the person who is our President. We should not forget this.

1. Bwaaahaahaahahaha!
"He's asking for opinions on who he can trust and who he can't," one knowledgeable source said.

This sounds just like Nixon!! In his last days, he developed even more paranoia than usual and started an "enemies list". Bush is going down the same path. His achilles heel is his own stupidity and refusal to see reality. We need to keep him in this mode until we take back the government!

3. When it's all over....
as Bush is sitting there, confused....groping. They've finally told him he's become more hated than Nixon. Bush has been kicked out of office through a series of amazing events.....mid-term elections throw out the Repugs. The Dems have a clear majority....they start impeachment proceedings.

Bush will be sitting there, looking dazed. He'll get a speech ready, he'll want to do some "stumping" for some candidate. Finally, they speak kindly to him. They drag him through the hallways. They pull him out the door of the White House.

Bush hangs on to the moulding, with his bare knuckles. A sight to behold.

6. They believe they are entitled to destroy the world. Thats the difference
They don't care because they have never been taught to value anything. So they destroy and damage, and make us pay for it.

Not really intent on defending the old bastard, but he surely knows the reverse psychology needed to impact his little ass progeny6...
