I know that many here hate CNN, but you will never hear an anchor
at Fox (I think) or even at the other news stations asks, the way Lou Dobbs did: when was the last time the president addressed a crowd that was not pre screened and invited?

(the reply was - during the debates last year. Yes, the audience was screened but by the Gallop Poll)

1. That's HALF the story
What the dickhead really said was that the last time that happened that he could think of was during the Clinton years, when Monica Lewinsky was a "ardent admirer" then the guy said some more "Clinton/Lewinsky" prayers and they both had a good laugh.

4. I didn't like how they handled that, but they did point out in so
many words that Clinton was not afraid of unscreened crowds.

Let's face it, being known as a Lothario is a lot better than being known as a mass murderer.

2. You have to keep in mind that Lou Dobbs is a "Conservative/Libertarian"
Edited on Mon Nov-28-05 07:46 PM by KoKo01
And the only stuff you hear out of his mouth is when the "Libertarian/Small Govt." conflicts with "Big Government Bush Policies."

And, he hates brown, black and yellow people. Otherwise he can be interesting to listen to when he pulls out his "libertarian stuff" because he can almost sound "sympathetic to the Lefty Dems."

3. Lou sounds more like a Democrat at times that anyone else on the news.

6. Ah c'mon KoKo.. how do you know that?
Lou may not have a racist bone in his body for all I know.. What makes you say he hates people of color?

Lou doesn't strike me as a racist.

7. He may or may not be a racist, but he's certainly obsessed with illegal
immigrants.

It must be nice to get paid big bucks by a network to have your own show, half of which you get to devote to a consistent rant against your own personal pet peeves related to illegal immigration.

8. I appreciate the fact that he says what he wants to, sometimes praising
the administration - though I do not remember when was the last time he did this - others, attacking it. You won't find anyone like that at Fox, now, would you?

And, yes, I did not like him accommodating that congress woman - do not remember her name - who was upset that Northwest Airlines was going to purchase Airbus, not Boeing aircraft. Of all people, I would have expected Dobbs to comment that two can play that game, that British Airlines could decide to purchase Airbus only and not Boeing.

5. Yes, at times
Dobbs sounds like a Democrat, but he's merely a non-Bushite Conservative.

I wonder if Lou will ever forgive Fitz for tossing Judy in the clink.
