Question for O'Reilly?
Since my mother is Irish Catholic and my Dad was Russian Jew (He passed when I was young-probably because he didnt accept Jesus Christ as his main man)And I dont practice religion. What should I do?

A) Go To Israel as you suggest Jews do if they are unhappy with "Christmas". Wear a Santa outfit on the plane ride over.

B) Buy a 12 foot Christmas tree and put it in my window decorated with dradles and a menorrah(sp?)with a big star of David on the top.

C) Declare myself Christian since this is a "predominantly" Christian nation. Go door to door selling bibles and plastic Mother Teresa figurines

Please Mr. O'Reilly show me the light...

1. OT - this made me smile.
I'm Irish Catholic and my betrothed is a Russian Jew. :)

Glad to know this combination makes for smart liberals. ;)

2. NICE!!!
My mom and Dad had to elope because my Dad's mother (my grandma)was pissed he wasnt marrying a Jew. My father died when I was 13 months old. My grandma died 6 months after the marriage. Don't want to depress you. But I think this history caused me to question religion. Plus, going to Catholic High School and having to explain why I was there with a Jewish last name, probably had something to do with it.

Maybe, it is just the fact the Jesus was the first hippie in sandals. I dont know.

"Cafeteria Catholic" Irish Catholic. -- Both solid progressives.
