Grindy McCokejaw live on MSNBC, howlin' about the great economy
'murcans are buyin' HOMES!

We've added 4-1/3 MILLION JOBS!

Lather, rinse, repeat.

REALLY grindin' the ole jaw today.

REALLY smirking.

REALLY leanin' HARD on the Texas-by-way-of-Connecticut-prep-schools accent.

God Bless America.

:grr:

1.  I had to turn it off....
The group sitting behind him were just too diverse. Always a bad sign for a Bushit photo-op 'n' good ole boy speech. :(

5. What was the group setting?
This guy is something else. The automobile industry is tanking, no real jobs, only the fake domestic thingy, and he got balls to come out and rub shit in the commoner's face.

3. I wonder what country she lives in
Everyone I know is doing badly, even upper middle class people are complaining ~

This is more of the dis-information that they are engaged in, because it sure isn't reality. All of them are doing it. I guess they think if they tell us everything is rosy, we won't notice how bad things are.

I know dozens of people, working people, who have no oil in their tanks this winter. I'm one of them ~ and if something isn't done about this people will die.

But in Cokie and Tweety's world, everything's just fine ~ :grr:

These people make me sick. I simply cannot watch them for more than a minute anymore, with the fairy tales they've been telling, from the glorious war against terror in Iraq that would end in 'weeks, months maybe' to their lies about the economy.

They live in an alternative universe. Television 'news' is no more. The reality is what people are living every day ~

4. Did they mention that we have the lowest savings rate since
Edited on Mon Dec-05-05 01:40 PM by fasttense
the Great Depression? Did they mention that there are millions of more people at the poverty level today then before brush became our resident in the WH? Did they mention that the DJIA has been flat (except for bonus time at the end of the year). Did they mention you could have made more on your money by keeping it in your mattress for the past five years than if you had invested in a diversified portfolio? Did they mention that the average income for households in America has (according to their numbers) stayed the same for the past five years, despite a 3 to 5% inflation rate? Did they mention that the only people who have increased their income in the last five years are the top 5% of the richest Americans? I guess not.

7. All the while, the deficit continues to grow.
No one knows how long that this bogus "economy" can sustain itself.
