First the administration claimed we liberated 25 million Iraqis and slowly the number has gone up. They now say 27 million or 28 million! Same with the percentage of Iraqis who voted. First it was 58%, then 60%, now it's up to 63%. Nobody ever questions these numbers. I wonder why!

1. They don't know how many citizens are in Iraq

With the shake and bake of Faluja and all, they have no clue how many civilians are in country. So they make up some arbitrary number - who cares, just give'em a number- a big one. "We're makin' progress, stay the course" yup yup yup, where's my bone? :sarcasm:

to their advantage. Now I remember they said the first elections had a 60% turn out, but in the last election they wanted it to seem improved so they said in the last election 58% voted and this time 60% and then 63% voted.

There is nothing that anyone in this administration says that can in any way be attributed to truth. After lying as a way of life for so many years, they can't handle the truth.
