Your congressional delegation won't be home for Christmas
if Senator Mary Landrieu (LA) has her way. She wants to keep the Senate in session until funding is secured for rebuilding Louisiana and Mississippi after hurricane damage, even if it means staying through Christmas.

Just think, if bush wanted more money to rebuild Iraq, the deal would be done and your Senator would be in state by now after complying with the urgent request of our great president. Conservatives like to brag about schools being opened in South Iraq. They are not opened in New Orleans if anyone in the U. S. Senate cares. Let your reps know, please.

3. Unfortunately war criminals who invade other nations without
casue are responsible under international law for reconstruction. Of course at the rate the Bush Crime Family is going, with most of the funds being diverted into the pockets of cronies, the process will never be finished. The Iraqis would be better off kicking the United States out and using the oil revenues the Bush criminals had hoped to steal to fix their own country.

2. They probably don't wanna be here anyway.
Most seem to work hard at making friends with people other than constituents anyway.
