He is in our faces ad nauseum right now.

I can't believe he gave one last night AND this morning.

1. I think somebody figures the blood is in the water
The more the people see of him, the more tenuous his presidency becomes.

This is a "Hail Mary" desperation play, hoping that the inevitable boost in the polls can then be pushed into more of a boost like a self-fullfilling prophecy. Maybe he should talk to Joementum for advice on that one.

2. It's a good thing. The more people see him, the more
disgusted they get IMO.

3. Even bad publicity is publicity. I just cringe at all of these
opportunities he has to look not only presidential,

but playing the Commander in Chief role.

I'm surprised he wasn't wearing his flight jacket today.

4. Since when has Bush ever looked Presidential, or like...
a Commander-in-Chief?

Any reputation this clown ever had is solely the product of the myth and legend cranked out 24/7 by our Pravda media.

When he comes on camera and speaks, it's absolutely obvious--to EVERYONE--what a useless skin job he is and that he doesn't have a brain cell left in his head. Even his true believers know what a dangerous cretin he is. They just don't care, because he's THEIR dangerous cretin.

Let him have as much camera time as they want to give him. He hates it (he'd rather be in Crawford hiding away from all the "mean" people) and he does himself no favors when they force him out there. PR-wise, he's his own worst enemy.

5. Then why has he made nearly a dozen appearances in the last month?
No one is dragging him out.

10. Because they believe their own BS hype
The cardinal rule of showbiz is: "Never believe your own publicity." The more arrogant you are, the more likely you are to commit that cardinal sin. And soooo many people do it, year after year. Ask J Lo, or Michael Jackson. And the Bush machine is even more arrogant than they are.

For years, the publicity machine for this idiot has trotted out the idea that he is the President "you'd most like to have a beer with". And yet every time this idiot appears on camera HIMSELF, he shows that he is nothing more than a spoiled little brain-dead idiot. He kills his own legend a little bit more every time. I sure hope he continues to do it.

9. If I remember correctly, Clinton gave at least one if not more speeches,
that the corpwhorate owned MSM refused to telecast.
