If Bush is impeached, and you can't rule it out now, Cheney will fall too. You know it. That means that Alaska's senior senator, Uncle Ted Stevens, Uncle Satan, Uncle Hitler will become president. If we have the senate, Reid becomes pres. Think about it. :)

OTOH, don't count your chickens before they're hatched. Before any such prospect of impeachment can enter the realm of the possible, Dems have to retake the House and a good chunk of the Senate. No small feat and it is by no means certain it can be accomplished.

have no idea how corrupt our delegation is. Everyone one of them have kids or their own assets that stand to benefit if the bridges are built. Ted has a son, Lisa Murkowski has herself and her father,
