I wonder if Judge Alito would find Bush's wiretapping constitutional?
A legitimate avenue of inquiry for a potential supreme court judge I think.

Stacking the court with junta enablers is all part of the plan.

The folks on Capitol Hill had better take a hard look at the future: No need for legislators in a dictatorship.

Sorta like the media being so short sighted. If they all parrot the same script, don't the realize they are ALL gonna be unemployed? Why pay hundreds to do what on person and a voice recording device can do cheaper?

The junta makes EVERYONE a displaced worker, given enough time.

3. Absolutely...
The Bush Cabal would love to have FISA overturned. ON top of that, they are drooling over the prospect of having the President's Power expanded even more by the SCOTUS.

We are not dealing with rationanl human beings here, this bunch of thugs of radical reactionary statists who want total power. We are headed towards an authoratorian state under this group.
