politic here) to be their UNVERIFABILITY, let's give Rep Conyers another bill to introduce...

UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A FULLY TRANSPARENT, FULLY SECURE, FULLY VERIFIABLE Electronic Voting System can be devloped and verified, ALL FEDERAL ELECTIONS (House, Senate, President) MUST TAKE PLACE ON PAPER BALLOTS.

They can't order the state/local elections to use paper, but for the FEDERAL ELECTION, Paper Ballots and Hand Counts.
