Why is he breathing so hard?

Jesus, I am watching The Liar-in-Chief speaking at the Naval Medical place (with his usual backdrop of military kids behind him looking like stooges) and he is breathing hard and is barely intelligible (ok, nothing new about that). He's trying to tell jokes that are falling flat and he is very nervous.

Yes, you are right; stooges was a poor choice of words. If it sounded like I was making fun of the troops, I certainly didn't mean it that way. What I meant was that they are being 'used' by Bush. He is using them as props in his background. Not their fault- they have no choice unless they want to get court-martialed. I didn't mean to demean them and should have thought of the right word before I posted.
