Dems have important win, even losing the budget reduction bill. |

The House must vote on the bill before it can be sent to President Bush for his signature. Passage is all but certain, but the timing remains in question, since most House members have returned home for the holiday.
So there is time to shame the Reps and make them hurt in their home states. It is very good to have the house pass this again brfore it is law. How will they defend this to their people.

Yeah that will work. They have no shame. Don't fret, though, $40 billion over 10 years is nothing in gov't spending terms. Wish I had a little of nothing.
