It always loomed as the critical winner-take-all state for long, contested primaries. Don't know if it still is.

So any candidate who does not get 15% of the results (statewide or in that CD) will not get any delegates. Theoretically someone could come in second or third or fourth and get more delegates. I am expecting Kucinich to get a lot of delegates in the bay area (San Francisco).
