Did the Democratic Senators ask REAL questions of Clinton's Court Picks?

Or did they act the same way as the ReThuglicans are acting, not really asking questions that they don't already know the answers to, and (I don't really know a nice way to say this, so I'll use a colorful metaphor) trying to polish this turd?

1. the difference is that Clinton talked to the Repuke Chair

of the Judiciary Ctme and took a name of the Repuke's list! (IIRC it was Orin Hatch that gave Bryer's name to Clinton)

...the way the Repukes are, or did they actually ask real questions? I don't recall the it ever getting this bad before.

this is why we need a two-party system. Democrats are needed to kick Republican Presidents in the ass, and Republicans are necessary to kick Democratic Presidents in the ass!!
