About this Diebold guy who's running as a Democrat..
Harris Miller (who's running against George Allen for U.S. Senate in Virginia) ...He must know the inside workings of Diebold, right...?

Will he "Diebold" his way into the Virginia senate seat?

I'm just not sure how to look at this.. He's hated here because of his Diebold ties...

But on the other hand... isn't he an excellent test to see Diebold in action?

You've gotta admit.. "Diebold know-it-all verses George Allen"

If anything.. the results of this race should be very interesting to watch!

1. Interesting thought.
What was his job at Dibold? Was he really in a position to KNOW what was going one in the tech sector? If he was, ou're right. But you have to realize that not every employee of a company really KNOWS what's going on deep inside the bowels of the company!

2. Super big time techie...
He HAS to know something about the inside workings.. http://www.wtop.com/?nid=25&sid=663942

BTW.. Some here don't like that Governor Warner urged him to jump in, but Warner co-founded Nextel and is a techie too..

I'm just curious if he can rig his way in?

3. That link didn't tell me what his job at DIbold was.
I don't care if some here don't like Gov. Warner. There are a lot of different opinions here and I appreciate that.

I'll try to find out what his job was at Dibold. I'm not really sure yet if I would care that he was an inside techie. I haven't decided if it would bother me that he could alter the vote!

8. He didn't work AT Diebold...
He was President of the ITAA, a technology association that repesents many technology firms, of which Diebold was one of them.

6. That was my thought.
Bet there will be movement on the vapor vote issue when the rightwingers start screaming about it. Interesting.... Not to mention Cathy Cox running for governor of Georgia.
