So Now I Can't Have privacy on: |
|
My cell phone
My home phone?
My computer
And my picture is being taken just about everywhere I go?
Next there will be someone watching me from inside my TV.
Guys, this is getting just too creepy for words.

And they will know everything you buy, down to what toilet paper you use.
I'm sure the info linked to the magnetic strip on the back of your driver's license is updated frequently.
I'm sure your cell phone tells them where you are.

And also credit cards.
Maybe we should all go back to using cash.
And library books.

so you will have to read them in the library... but I'm sure the cameras will see the titles anyway.

I may even read Lolita. No one would ever know if I had a brown paper cover on it.

Oh, and wear your brown suit at all times. The armband is in the mail.
Instead of DU, we may have to start meeting in dark rooms in back allies. Secret knock and handshake time.

I want to wear all black and have a beret. And black tights.
That is just too cool.
And smoke cigarettes - how much of an outlaw would that make me. Huh?

28. OnStar is that communication they put in cars now. It detects |
|
Edited on Fri Jan-20-06 07:14 PM by woodsprite
when the car has been in an accident, if your airbags have gone off, you can ask for directions if you're lost, etc. and a live person can ask you if you're OK, let you know they've called the local police or ambulance, etc. If they can do that with my car without me calling them on a cell phone, then they can do the same thing with new TVs.
Just a thought. My tinfoil may need polishing a bit.

|
Some schools I can half understand cameras in the bathrooms, outside the stalls ONLY. But trackers on kids?? Ugh. Still, it seems to me that the more of this stuff we do, the worse crime and violence gets. Must be some sort of sociological eplanation.
