IMHO, the next TERRA attack will come late summer prior to the 06 elections. We have seen these neeocons use fear to retain the White House and they will use fear again to retain the house and senate. I can not post a poll, but my prediction is late summer.

I don't want any more people to suffer and die. That being said, I wonder if the repukes would do this-wouldn't it bolster the Chimp's stature to "foil" a "massive plot" instead? Seems to me an actual attack would do nothing but burst the illusion that Bushco has kept us safe. By "foiling" Bush could say that his enhanced powers saved the country and so we need to give up even more of our rights to stay "safe".

Watch for a nefarious Al Qeada plot against a major US city that is 'foiled' and stopped dead in its tracks -- how? By utilizing information that allegedly came from a 'wiretapped conversation'.

Two birds, one stone: "See, WE kept you safe. See, WE were right to wiretap people, or we never would have gotten this information."

And of course, no one can ever 'dis-prove' something that never happened - and the 'details' won't be revealed, due to 'National Security' reasons.
