The media act as if spying on citizens is a "political" problem... |
|
But it is not a political problem. It is a legal problem. It is a Constitutional problem. But it is not a matter of whether the president went on the "offensive" or the president responded to his "critics". It is about breaking the law. Those that would report it from a "political" perspective are hacks that should not be in the news business. It's not a "he said, she said" story. It's a serious question that needs some answers. We don't need MSNBC or FOX telling us that the president responded to the Democrats. It's not about the Democrats. It's about the law.

2. The cable networks act as if it's a playoff game for SuperBowl... |

It pisses me off how they turn everything into a political contest between the Democrats and the Republicans. And it's not about the Democrats at all. It's about whether Bush broke the law.

Are they ignorant, ill-educated, clueless, could care less? Interested only in money, and advancement? Under orders from their superiors? All of the above?
