Their multistate efforts to suppress the black vote and shortchange Democratic areas on voting equipment, along with their obvious shakedowns of corporations (offering unlimited access to GOP congressmen for a one million dollar contribution, for instance, they did put a real price tag on it), combined with their open and obvious abandonment of government that looks out for the people against the will of the rich and powerful have all qualified them as racketeers, the worst this country has ever seen.

Not only did the southern bigots all turn to that party, so did the Cosa Nostra. It shows.

and we don't need leadership in Congress to do this. It will be "We the People" who will have to take the lead. I say we do so sooner than later!
