This says it all .....
On Yahoo....
under top stories two headlines grab my attention on the state of America and the world....

1. Exxon-Mobil sees record profit for US company....

and then lower down....

2.Savings rate at lowest rate since 1933......

Says it all doesn't it???????

FYI - this is bushworld in all its glory....and he is succeeding. Even the Hamas election in Palistine is going to Bush' favor. Why you may ask? Peace is not part of his plan. Continued instability in the middle east leads to record profits of the oil barons - his base. That is what they want. That is what they have. They will not give it up.

1. And much of Exxon's profits will end up
with the media. Propaganda will be well-funded. Which is why I refuse to help them out any more - no cable or satellite in my budget.

Imagine if every American saved the amount of their cable bill every month, or donated that to honest Dems?

What a concept, huh?

2. Didn't Exxon just ask for a reduction in what they have to pay for their
Alaskan oil spill years ago, because they allegedly can't afford it?

4. Americans are saving at their lowest rate since 1933...
...and I'm sure their rate of personal debt (and especially silly debt, like credit cards) is higher than ever. And let's not even mention the national debt!
