I've posted this compilation in GD and in the Research Forum and have continued to update it. I hope others to do. So far the compilstion has received very little attention, but I think it could be helpful for people following the incident and its aftermath and analysis.

3. one last kick for the night - I'd be grateful to people for keeping

the GD compilation kicked and current while I'm out for the night. As for the Research Forum version of the compilation, no one seems to have read it in almost a day. Do people here think that was a waste of time? If so, I'll save myself a lot of effort next time.
