It's also about the economy, jobs, and Walmart...
Our jobs have been shipped overseas. Most of the products of those "jobs" come back on those ships. This is part of the new world economy. Walmart probably has one or two of those ships leased just for themselves? What would be the impact if the shipping was slowed down or completely stopped? What impact would it have on jobs here and abroad?

Walmart has a whole fleet of ships, I think.

Gives 'em cheaper shipping rates on their cheap imports.
