The art of keeping the bush administration up. Practiced by the likes of limbaugh, hannity, faux news employees and add your own to the list. Can be done orally or in writing. Practitioners are aided by craftily worded passages from the white house which are emailed or faxed to those who are paid to fluff the president. The art of keeping the president up is made easier by the fact that the targeted audience for this exhibition is mostly ignorant and easily swayed. They believe bush is strong, patriotic and christian (just like them.) Such action makes them not only vote for "conservatives" but they also feel good about themselves for doing it.

A very special assist from Cassandra. A few posts ago she and I kinda combined Stenographer and fluffer and came up with the ultimate description for those who keep the art of political pornography alive.

from a thread a month or two ago, who came up with fluffernutter for fluffing wingnuts. (the wordsmith might have been me, I can't remember). I mentioned it (with credit to DU) on Steve Gilliard's blog and someone responded and said they had sprayed coffee over their keyboard. Always happy to spread some cheer. :-)
