5. When the shows and networks are rated
They are not rated on availability, are they? I'm sure that CNN and FOX are carried on more cable companies schedules than is MSNBC. My sister lives 45 miles away and has a different cable company from mine.

She used to get MSNBC but her company was sold. The new owners dropped MSNBC. She has written them a few times to bring back MSNBC.

I have to wonder how many other people get CNN and FOX but have no access to MSNBC.
