Just checking in: Do we have a slogan yet?
Edited on Mon Mar-13-06 03:01 PM by underpants
I read last week that Ken Mehlman says that we (the Democrats) don't have a slogan and since it was someone as important as Ken Mehlman I naturally took notice.

I paced much of this weekend trying to do my part to think up a slogan. No luck there. I was wondering if we came up with a slogan yet. Have we? IT BEEN AT LEAST 4 DAYS ALREADY!!!!

Maybe we should start praying for a slogan.

Any slogan will do.

Do we have one yet?

God I am getting nervous not having a slogan. If we don't hurry we will NEVER get the bumperstickers in time.

Return to Sanity.

The Bush Experiment in Government is Over.

Vote for Survival.

It doesn't have to be like this.

Lock up the Psychopath.

We are America.

Stop the Killing. Stop the Thieving, Stop the Lies

16. Remember America - Land of the Free, Home of the Brave?
It's still there somewhere, once you get past the torture, wiretapping, destruction of your civil liberties, and disappearances.

3. Sort of a retort instead of a slogan.
But no credit to me:

Democrats don't have slogans, just solutions.

national slogan.

Great for politics, great for turning America around.

What can be done about broadcasting your idea?

  • Democrats: Putting people first.

  • Democrats: Government of the people, by the people, for the people.

  • Equality for all.

  • Equality, freedom, community.

  • Helping Americans help each other.

  • We're all in this together.

  • Have hope again.

28. WILL YOUR VOTE BE COUNTED?!
WILL YOUR VOTE BE COUNTED?!

I think slogans are great, and badly needed to summarize a thought.

I like this one because it has a dual message that (1) we in the party have to work to make sure the votes are counted properly, not stolen through fraud, and (2) the pitch to voters to make their vote count, by voting Democratic, and voting for change.
