Did Bush, even with '00 & '04 still get fewer votes than Dems combined? |
|
And I'm not talking about "really" (yes I know the bastards stole the election) but I mean does the "official" tally together for both elections give the Dems still more votes meaning this guy will have served 8 years with total fewer official votes than his two Dem competitors combined.

1. Bush officially got 500,000 fewer votes than Gore. |
|
He officially got 3,000,000 more than Kerry (Nader got very very few in 2004).

Al Gore got 500,000 more votes than Bush in 2000. Bush won with a 3 million vote margin in 2004.

3. I think Bush got more combined "officially" |
|
The reality is he got less of the popular vote than his opponents if you combined the 2000 and 2004 elections if you counted every vote. Of course he would not let that happen.

4. Numbers for 04 election |
|
Bush = 62,040,610 50.7% of vote nationally Kerry = 59,028,111 48.3% of vote nationally
Just remember that in the 2004 election, the electronic voting machines in Maryland malfunctioned every 37 seconds.
