bush impeachment a republican campaign issue! |
|
The republicans will be scaring the base about the possibility of democrats taking back the house. Because if they do they will hold congressional hearings which will prove bush is a liar and has misled the american people for going on six years now. We can't have people in government being held accountable for anything in a time of war, so vote republican. Is that not just an incredible issue to base a campaign on?
DON'T HOLD THE PRESIDENT ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING. VOTE REPUBLICAN. This is the gop's 2006 campaign plan.

I have two reservations about impeachment, as much as I enjoy the concept.
1) I fear it will take energy/money away from our candidates
2) I fear that having impeached Bush...after they impeached Clinton...the next president (who I believe will be Dem) will be impeached as almost a matter of course. Maybe second-term impeachment hearings should be manditory.

3. I'm opposed to impeachment |

However, I think investigations are certainly in order and there is so much to investigate. I believe if bush stays in office through January 2009, republicans will be the minority party for a long, long time. I hope the effort is not expended. You are right, if a dem is elected there will be calls for his impeachment before he is sworn in. What a sad pathetic bunch of human beings they are.
