Emily's List is supporting Francine Busby! Let's get this gal elected
This is for the seat opened from the indicted Duke Cunningham, so it's a republican safehold. But Francine has strong polling numbers in the region.

The election is similiar to what they do in Louisana in which everyone runs in the first race and if no one gets 50% then they have a run-off against the top two candidates. Right now, Busby is leading the pack for the general election.

As you know, Emily's List is an organization to help elect pro-choice democratic women, something we need more of in Washington DC. Let's see if we can help get this gal elected and help change the culture of corruption previously occupied by the former person who held this seat!!

I know her. She is a member of our Dem. club. I am not in her district, but will be working the polls there on April 11.
