GOP's New 'Censure or else' ad

They are actually elevating Russ Feingold's status instead of down playing it.

Video-WMP

Video-QT (David Edwards for the vid)

This points to their '06 strategy. Support Bush or he'll be censured.

11. Exactly Sir !
Because if they're trying to put distance between themselves and Bush before the election, because he is so unpopular, then this seems to be rallying the troops around Bush?? Doesn't make any sense.

3. It Is Interesting
that the GOP never claims Bush didn't break the law. That is where we need to push our agenda.

4. Who do you stand with? What a no brainer!!
I stand with those who would impeach and remove Bush.

The premise that he is keeping us safe is false. He is not fighting terrorists, like he is supposed to do. He invaded Iraq instead.

8. Well, looks like Russ has got 'em runnin' scared!!
I have questioned the timing, but looks like I may have been on the wrong side of this issue, if pugs keep going in THIS direction!!

10. The GOP strategy is, at best, bizarre
We have heard so many times over the last dozen years that KKKarl Rove is a genius. His attack strategy is to size up what an opponent's best feature is and then attack them at that point. It seems to me that the GOP attack strategy for the mid-terms is the size up what their own worst point is and then attack themselves on it by reminding the voters that the only thing that protects this incompetent President is a Congress that will not investigate him.

Come to think of it, there is a bit of poetic justice in this.
