How you know it's really, really over for DeLay: |
|
Edited on Wed Apr-05-06 08:55 AM by trof
From "Juanita's, The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc."" Some neighbors of mine, who live around the corner, kept their DeLay sign up long after the primary election. The man of the household (and I use both of those terms loosely) said he did it because he knew I had to drive by it every day and he wanted to hack me off. Sounds a little passive-aggressive to me, so I didn't let the sign bother me, figuring it was a mental health issue and I don't screw around with crazy people. This morning as I drove by, I couldn't help but notice ..... well, a picture is worth a thousand words and I only know about 457 of them so I'll let you take it from there." http://www.brazosriver.com/

2. Go get that sign -- NOW! |
|
It'll be worth something on eBay soon enough, and in the meantime, you can put it up in your yard with a suitable sub-caption like "Jail Tom DeLay".
Just bein' neighborly, you know.

5. This only means he is not now running for office, but it... |

does not mean he is "finished".
He could run for President or dog catcher at a later date.
He could also wield more power as a lobbyist.
He has no shame, so I'm sure bailing out is only a temporarily setback with no thought of the shame he brought upon his office.

I did not write this. It's from the (absolutely hilarious) website at the end of my post.
