"Speech Mistake Prompts Bush Do-Over" -- He forgot his LINES!!! |
|
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Cameras were rolling. Microphones were on. President Bush stepped up to comment on a Senate compromise on immigration legislation.
Wait. Was it energy or immigration?
Maybe Bush had rising gas prices on his mind when he said he was pleased that Republicans and Democrats were working together to get a bipartisan, comprehensive "energy" bill.
Realizing his mistake, he stopped and called for a Take 2.
"Let me start over," Bush said, standing next to Air Force One.http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060406/ap_on_go_pr_wh/bush_take2;_ylt=AvhQqBhscAweUgSBWiFVc2Zp24cA;_ylu=X3oDMTA5aHJvMDdwBHNlYwN5bmNhdA--A little distracted, perhaps? :eyes:

You only get one chance to make a good impression....ASSHOLE!!!!
Reagan was an actor, and could get away with that shit by making Hollywood references. He was also an old man with early onset Altzheimers.
Makes you wonder what that clown has up his sleeve? Odds are good he's gonna come out with some dramatic wind farm, wave energy, huge government subsidy for his pals to explore alternative energy initiatives, to try to win back the angry public.
Too late, Monkey, too late.

Some enterprising journalist with a tech savvy pal or two could have a grand time with that. ;) Let the world see the puppet in his natural state!

5. More proof that he's the salesman-in-chief |

I've long wondered if someone else - Cheney? Poppy? - makes the decisions and sends the cheerleader out to sell them. That can only be partially true because he's a nasty piece of work. I also wonder if, coming from that family, coming from that mother and that father, if he ever had a chance to become anything more than he is. Nature or nurture or both?
