Today's anecdotal 'Republican sees the light' thread: Insert your story

This one comes from a friend of a friend. True Red Republican. This is a change. Before his tone was that we just needed a different set of Republicans. Now he's less motivated,

"My Republicans are doing a piss-poor job running the country. While I personally
find them to be the lesser of the evils, it would serve them right to get bounced
out of control in November. They clearly are not living up to their campaign
promises. They paint the Democrats as spending fanatics, when in reality my boys
are no different than those at which they point their fingers. Shame on them."

1. I told someone that the Republicans of today are not like they were

in the past. I mentioned Teddy Roosevelt and said that though her ideals and many other Republican ideals may be honorable the party has been taken over by thieves and is not what it used to be.
