Headlines and news stories make it seem that he has been "demoted" to not being the "decider" anymore. Do you think that they will believe this changes things?

pushing, and with this "shake up" it might be that the media can stir up a little dust to obscure what's really going on.

3. Absolutely! Most people don't pay attention or do the research

to know the who's who of Bush's buds. Pretty much all they will hear is, "The President's (fillintheblank) has resigned and (fillintheclosebud'sname) will be taking the post." Beyond that, crickets chirp in the press.

The window dressing will give a fresh new look but it will take a few weeks before people realize they're still being sold the same old merchandise.
