Hayden's Confusion About the Constitution's 4th Amendment

I just remembering this incident back in January. Hayden, who was NSA chief for many years, was defending the Administration's warrantless wiretapping. He bragged about how the NSA knows the 4th Amendment better than anyone, but argued that it did not require probable cause. Whoops.

1. Not understanding the constitution or not caring about it

is a great thing to have on your resume if you are seeking a job from george bush. And I place the blame squarely on the shoulders of everyone who voted for the man in 2004. "Conservatives" who are too proud to admit they were wrong, who DO NOT support our troops, and don't care if the economy is going straight to hell.

2. Everyone needs to bring that up in letters to their Senators.
