Dean wins delegates tonight...but you wouldn't know it
by watching the news...

Dean is in the hunt in NM...actually may win the NM third district and is slowly inching up in AZ into third....

But all the news is reporting is that Dean has suffered badly tonight...

The truth is that all four candidates have picked up delegates tonight and none are dead, any attempt to paint such a picture is premature!!

3. Some hope
I thought this article was pretty good; it certainly is by no means over for Dean:

4. Thanks I appreciate it
As a person who has worked for and will continue to work for Deans campaign I have to tell you I was disheartened to hear one of the Democratic Leader Council member Al From being interviewed on a European radio program and this guy was practically yelling about how Dean had no agenda only anger and when the opposing person he was debating with said that is certainly not true that Dean is a positive influence and started naming one by one his platforms this guy tried to interrupt him and was totally incensed, he was raving like a lunatic.

What kind of people do we have running our party? I suggest you all regardless of who you support join the Democratic Party as a precinct committee person and lets boot these cranky old moderate Republicans out of the party, its time for them to be put out to pasture.

5. Look if they have their eye off us we can move a little
all he needs to do is stay in the hunt. He put no cash in these states and anything he gets is a win.

it's just amazing how quickly this crumbled.
i thought it would go deep into April, at least.

15. The delegates are based on proportion of votes received
Not based on winning the entire state, like the idiotic electoral college.

16. Fourth place finishers tend to be ignored
Still, Dean had the first interview on Larry King. He is actually getting more coverage than someone who did no campaigning would normally get.

The fact that Dean has gone from prohibitive favorite to unable to mount a campaign in less than a month would seem to be the story to me.
